Project Overview

At MJCET’s Entrepreneurship Cell I lead the design practice for campus initiatives, owning visual identity, event branding, merchandise, and on-ground execution. I produced more than 50 assets across 10 plus initiatives and designed custom merchandise seen by over 200 students and faculty, raising E-Cell’s visibility and event recall.

I took charge of full visual systems for flagship programs like HackRevolution and Hackcelerate, creating logos, themes, announcement suites, and merch that matched each event’s tone and goals. Beyond digital files I planned print layouts, built stage and venue props, and prepared assets that scaled across social, print, and physical spaces so every touchpoint told the same story.

Final Result

I designed banners, posters, lanyards, ID cards and standees, then worked with production partners to ensure print quality and on-time delivery. I created event specific color palettes and typography rules, produced T-shirts, mugs and stationery, and coordinated distribution to students and faculty. I also partnered with hackathon teams on icebreakers, application reviews and on-site logistics, and I contributed to video scripts and social content to keep momentum before and during events.

The visual systems and merchandise strengthened E-Cell’s brand recognition across campus and helped turn casual attendees into repeat participants. Events looked sharper, setup time reduced, and volunteers had clear creative direction to follow.
